Good morning! Today I have another sneak peek for the new images from Squigglefly coming out January 7th's release, but before I do that I want to share with you some information on Squigglefly: how it came to be and information on a nice little bonus you can earn by buying your digis there.
First off, the name. I thought there would be an off-the-wall story behind it, but come to find out it was just the two owners throwing ideas back and forth and the name was born. That HAD to have been quite a conversation! LOL! Holly, the owners' mother and sister to one of the artists, helped them get some of their artwork made into rubber stamps by several different companies. One day daughter Chesney sent Holly, via email, an image she had drawn and Holly printed it out and used it in making a card. She had a lot of people ask her where she had gotten the stamp and she said it occurred to her that using images in digital format might be way better than traditional rubber stamps! She talked to both of her daughters about this concept and Squigglefly was born, possibly the very first digital stamp company. This is amazing to me as at this point in time there are hundreds of companies selling digital images. I am honored to be on the very first digital stamp company's design team!
Now that you know some background, I want to let you know about Squigglefly's rewards program. It's free to join. Once you join, it keeps tracks of the money you spend. For every $15.00 you spend in the store you earn a free image. The free image can be redeemed at any time; you can let them build up and use the credits all at once if you want or get them one-by-one. Plus, if you are just finding out about the rewards program in the middle of the month and you've already purchased several dollars worth of images - if you sign up for the rewards program it will credit you for the images you purchased during that month! Isn't that cool? How customer friendly is that? And if you are new to using digital images, Holly has some great video tutorials to help you along. So head on over to Squigglefly and click your way through their digis. You won't be disappointed!
Today's card uses an image by Lynne Stansbery and it's just one of the images and sentiments in the My Punny Valentine Set 1.
Thanks for stopping by today. Hugs, Shawna
